Enterprise Applications

2008 - Present
I've been developing C# enterprise applications for the financial services industry in London. I've worked on various components of the system such as Web Applications, WinForms Applications, a WCF service, a Windows Service and Console Applications. I've been designing and developing ASP.NET 3.5 pages and custom controls, Silverlight controls, business logic components and Unit Tests for them, working with WCF, the ADO.NET Entity Framework, Linq to SQL, SQL Server, the Lucene search engine.

In 2007 I worked on an intranet application for the healthcare industry (C# and ASP.NET).

I've worked with Java for a short while in 2005 to develop a few Applets.

  • Typing Contester
    Tests the typing speed and (optionally) converts the input from QWERTY to Dvorak.
  • Map Games
    Three map games that test your knowledge of world and US geography.

PHP

I've used PHP for about a year (2005), before I started using C# and ASP.NET.

  • Spider Traffic Statistics 2.0 :: PHP, XHTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, Java ::
    An application that gathers and displays website visitors statistics.
  • Spider Database Manager 1.0 :: PHP, XHTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript, XSLT ::
    Allows the user to manage his site's content (web pages or products), with integrated search engine and shopping cart.
  • Spider Contact Form 1.0 :: PHP, XHTML, CSS, MySQL, JavaScript ::
    Object-oriented library for web forms. It generates the HTML code and performs client-side and server-side data validation.
  • Guestbook, Quiz and Poll engines.
  • Scripting for websites.
